Where does the product get shipped from?
Our home office is located in Longmont, CO. Our shipping method is through USPS and takes between 5-9 business days.
When do packages get shipped out?
Depending on when the order is made, the package will be sent 1-2 business days after receiving payment.
What is your return policy?
At this time, we do not allow returns. If you order the wrong size, we can issue an exchange, but the customer will be responsible for shipping.
Can I order if I live outside the U.S.?
If you live outside of the United States, please contact us and we can arrange a shipping method/rate to accommodate your location. Our shipping rate through the checkout process is only for the U.S.
I went to pay and BLK Forest Studio came up as the PayPal account. Are they associated with Alpine Bloom?
Yes! Alpine Bloom is a brand underneath BLK Forest Studio LLC. This is what you will see on your statement, so don't be alarmed!
Some of the ink fades off of my shirt after washing it, what should I do?
Many times, with screen printed shirts such as ours, some fading will occur. In order to preserve the graphic, we recommend turning the shirt inside-out before washing and wash on cold. This will not only keep your shirt looking great, but it will also not cause shrinking (plus it's energy efficient!).
